How We Use Your Information

Your data helps us:

Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy:

Anti-abuse & Device Identifiers

To protect the integrity of our polls and prevent automated or duplicate voting, we may collect limited non-personal device identifiers: a hashed device fingerprint (derived from browser and device properties) and a best-effort IP address. These identifiers are used solely for fraud prevention and are not used for targeted advertising or profiling. We retain this information only as long as necessary to investigate and prevent abuse. By using this site you consent to this limited processing. If you prefer not to be subject to these measures, please contact us at info@ghanavote.com.

Legal note — Presidential term limits

Under the current 1992 Constitution of the Republic of Ghana, the President is limited to a maximum of two terms in office. Any alteration to allow a third presidential term would require a formal amendment to the Constitution following Ghana's constitutional amendment procedures. This platform reports and analyses public opinion on political topics; where questions touch on constitutional matters (such as term limits) we reference the law and clearly mark opinion results as distinct from legal fact.
